BOARD OF REVIEW NOTICE

Notice to all property owners in Kalkaska Township

Please take notice Kalkaska Township will be holding July Board of Review at the Kalkaska Township Hall, 209 Laurel St, Kalkaska MI
on July 16, 2024, at 12:00 pm (noon) at this meeting the following will be addressed:

-Clerical errors relative to correct assessment figures.
-Mutual mistakes of fact relative to correct assessment figures.
-The rate of taxation, mathematical computations relating to the assessing
of taxes.
-Public comment will be heard.
-Valuation appeals CANNOT be heard at the July Board of Review.

You must contact the Assessor on or before 10:00 am, July 15, 2024 at (231) 632-3529 to verify any alleged errors before any adjustments can be made. No petitions will be accepted after the Board of Review adjourns.
